Corona Telecom – Internet Troubleshooting Guide

Step 1: Check the Basics

• Ensure your modem and router are plugged in and powered on.
• Confirm cables are securely connected.
• Verify your device is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.

Step 2: Restart Devices

• Unplug modem and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
• Restart your device (computer, phone, or tablet).

Step 3: Check Service Status

• Use mobile data to check Corona Telecom's outage map or support page.
• If there's a reported outage, wait until service is restored.

Step 4: Test Your Connection

• Try another device to check if the issue is device-specific.
• If possible, connect directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable.

Step 5: Router & Modem Lights

• Power light: Should be solid.
• Internet light: Should be on or blinking.
• Wi-Fi light: Should be on if using wireless.
• If Internet light is off/red, contact Corona Telecom.

Step 6: Software & Settings

• Disable VPNs or firewalls temporarily.
• Forget and reconnect to Wi-Fi with the correct password.
